Verify the Board Certification of a ABDPH Diplomate


The American Board of Dental Public Health (ABDPH) requires the inquiring company to have a copy of the General Release of Information signed by the dental public health professional that is being reviewed. Verification(s) will be processed in the order that they are received and you should receive a response via email within 24-48 business hours.  If you have questions about a Verification Request, please contact the Executive Director at executive.director@abdph.org.

The American Board of Dental Public Health (ABDPH) requires a $100 per provider fee. Upon receipt of payment, AAPHD will verify the dentist electronically or by U.S. mail. Please allow 24-48 business hours after receipt of all required documents.
