This application is for Qualifying Exam Eligibility.  Application is due by December 1.  Candidates will be notified of eligibility no later than February 1, 2026.  The exam is scheduled for Saturday, April 11, 2026 in Oklahoma City, OK.  Please refer to the 2026 Qualifying Examination Guide for additional details.

Dental Public Health (DPH) is one of the dental specialties recognized by the American Dental Association (ADA).  The American Board of Dental Public Health (ABDPH) is the certifying board for dental public health specialists.
