Please submit this application to the American Board of Dental Public Health to determine your eligibility for the Alternate Pathway.   Please note, the Alternate Pathway is offered on a periodic, limited-time basis and the current Alternate Pathway will end with the 2024 application cycle.  If deemed eligible, applicants will need to apply for the Qualifying Examination by December 1.

Dental Public Health (DPH) is one of the dental specialties recognized by the American Dental Association (ADA), with reporting requirements. The American Board of Dental Public Health (ABDPH) is the certifying board for dental public health specialists.
