This application is for Certifying Examination Eligibility.  Please read the Candidate's Guide thoroughly for exam details prior to submission of an application.  Application is due by August 15.  Candidates will be notified of eligibility no later than September 25.  Eligible candidates must submit written project reports no later than October 1 if sitting for the 2025 Certifying Examination.

Dental Public Health (DPH) is one of the dental specialties recognized by the American Dental Association (ADA). The American Board of Dental Public Health (ABDPH) is the certifying board for dental public health specialists.
